I wish there was a way to give zero stars. AAA service station put bad gas in my car which caused a problem with the fuel injectors. Then, the station said they would fix it (after charging me $300 to change the batter). They gave me back the car days later saying they drove it to Long Island and back to make sure it was fixed and that the fuel injectors were fine. The next day the car broke down and I took it the Acura store that confirmed there was indeed a problem with the fuel injectors. I was charged well over $1000. AAA wiped their hands of it and said it was my problem. They are work with scam dealers that give them a share of the scam. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is only one AAA branch in New York City and this is it. The entrance is on Broadway and has a large AAA logo on the top of the entrance. There is an elevator that will take you to the second floor where their travel agency office is located. Did you know that AAA is the largest travel agancy in the U.S.? With that kind of clout, you can get pretty much anything you want from this knowledgeable team of seasoned travel professionals with you - the member - in mind.

They are very efficient and kind. The lady behind the circle counter was really working hard! She ran to the camera each time to take pictures for people getting the international drivers permit and then ran back and did the paperwork then ran back and at the end she was smiling and saying have a great trip! Wonderful.

Stopped in recently to this AAA branch for an International Driving Permit. Location was easy to get to on the subway. Just 2 blocks off of Columbus Circle. The staff was all extremely friendly. I was in and out within 20 minutes with the permit. Really great experience!
