Pacific Alliance Title helped with a loan for a non-profit I work with and they did an excellent job. The found several issues that they helped us get cleared up and the loan and title were updated and completed smoothly. Their payment company is also handling the current loan this non-profit holds and they are tracking payments, interest paid, principal and will send out statements to both the lender and payee. The communication to their clients is broken, they change closing dates the day of closing without any heads up. Very slow on sending you vital information and then assign you an assistant that has no information on your case. Very unhappy to say the least.
