I am switching back to a local pharmacy and have complained to the insurance carrier as well. If you also have had a problem with this company be sure to notify your insurance carrier. Your insurer has the power to contract with another company next year and that is the only thing that is likely to force Express Scripts to change its policies. I had the same problem as other people, a necessary medicine, they refuse to fill even though I was out of the medicine and the doctor had properly ordered it. Their problem was that the Doctor was trying a new dosage - so they just refused to fill it. The new dosage was covered and it was time for the refill. Luckily in my case their refusal to promptly fill the prescription was not life threatening.

I agree express scripts is a joke. It is so much trouble to get your medications. They charge your account 2 weeks before they send the meds and do not even bother to call to ask/inform you they will be sending medication. They do not let you know your script is expired that you need to contact the doctor. Unfortunately if you are a ford employee you are stuck with them or you will end up paying full price at retail drug store. after 3 refills Plus you have to have automatic withdrawal from your bank. We have tried to get of automatic ship and when you call in for a refill they can not send it in time either. Not sure which Bright Ford employees decided this for us but it STINKS. I think you might want to rethink this next contract.

Beware. The order is placed, all appears to be fine, even in speaking with a rep. But the order does not arrive. You call. You get put on hold. You are transferred to someone else only to end up in the automated response system. Try again finally reaching the someone to speak with. They find why it was cancelled. And now they try again. Order is placed. All seems well. The website mentions it will ship in 14 to 21 days. Oh my goodness. You are totally out of meds. Will it ship ? You look at the website the next day. Cancelled again. Nightmare come true.

Express Script is the best thing that happened to scripts. I love that all I have to do is click on my scripts and they are delivered right to my door. I use to have them filled at a pharmacy within a grocery store. The lines were long and the staff was slow. The customer service at Express Scripts is impeccable. They are very knowledgeable and if I have questions, a pharmacist is readily available. But the best part is I save a ton of money by using them.

We are getting a letter at the office form Express Scripts. They attach a outline in relationship to opting out or enrolling to be able help to the patient get a benefit related to prescribe part D drugs. When I call Medical or Medicare they say we are not listed while Express Scripts essentially says we might need to be. Total wast of time so I spent some more to make someone aware that may be they can ignore Express Scripts.

Express Scripts is a complete joke. They assured me a delayed medication would be sent immediately, then sent an email five days later saying it was delayed. No response to email request. Do not deal with these fools.

Asked me to verify my address via a snail mail letter, after I gave them the correct address, they proceeded to send Rx to the wrong address. Promised to express mail it after that...and did not. Terrible company.

This company is the worse prescription company! They have been late both times I went through them and I ended having to pay to get my prescriptions. Horrible customer service
