My husband and I recently switched to Rob Bassett State Farm. We have the total package with them. They offer services that I did not know were offered through an insurance company. We have home owners insurance, car insurance, life policies for our family, opened a money market savings account, opened a State Farm credit card (which you can earn points on to pay your premiums with) and we have also refinanced both of our vehicles with State Farm as well. I especially like the money market account as it pays more than any savings account we have ever had. We have had a great experience and have saved a lot of money with them. The office is in a convenient location. The staff is excellent everyone is always willing to help even if my question is trivial. Hope this review helps.

Rob Bassett and his staff are very friendly and always greet us with a smile and warm welcome. Judy has been there for years and has always helped when needed and fills the room with laughs. Tiffany seems to be very knowledgable and has went above and beyond many times for our family. She even saved us money without us asking and called just to let us know. The entire staff is top notch in my book. Rob will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of and he is always at the office if you need him. She went up an above her job duties to help me get the car looked at a second time which was then a complete loss…..Again great service and great people.
