Nick and Dana from American Insurance are FABULOUS to work with! The whole family at American Family are wonderful, very fast and helpful. My daughter got in a car accident down in Nashville, Tennessee and totaled the car!! Everyone she had to deal with from American Family was Great, Very kind, helpful and responsive! The matter was handled fast and excellently! I highly recommend them. I have only been with them for 2 years and have never had a car totaled! I had no idea what to expect! Everything was handled wonderfully and they sent a check for more then I expected right away! I have heard other people having issues with their insurance company and not getting what they expected for their vehicle when it was totaled. I am VERY HAPPY with American Family and Highly recommend them!

After reading many of the very positive reviews about Nick Diorio and his American Family Insurance staff, my wife, Kathie and I decided to meet with Mr. Diorio at his office to discuss our auto and home insurance needs. We were both extremely pleased with the insurance quotes and how pleasant it was to do business with Nick. He was very thorough explaining the insurance policies and he answered all our questions. Besides knowing that we will be saving a great deal of money, Kathie and I also like the fact that Nick, his family, and his insurance business have been a part of the Plainfield community for quite some time.
