The only reason I selected poor-fair is because EXTREMELY POOR was not an option. I have been with this insurance agent for over a year and he has berated my mother and myself on two separate occasions for requesting to pay our insurance premiums with a paper check. He has also very loudly disclosed personal information regarding my insurance history in the middle of his office while other customers were present. This individual has extremely poor people skills and I will be seeking a new state farm agent. The only positive experiences that I have had have been when dealing exclusively with his staff, whom are very nice and helpful. If you are searching for a good, friendly insurance agent...keep looking because you will not find one in Craig Lincoln.

Craig Lincoln is such a down to earth man, as well as everyone else who works there. I have never experienced such amazing customer service within any insurance company. I definately left my current insurance company for State Farm, and this specific agency. Normally, insurance related things are a huge pain, but this was honestly a pleasent experience in every way.
