By far one of the worst payroll companies I have had. I signed on with them in June and I had called my specialist 2 times a week to try to talk to her and never got a hold of her for FOUR months! Then requested a new specialist and during that time Paychex never paid my quarter 2 taxes and I have been on them for 1.5 months and they have still not paid. I then got a penalty from the state saying I had not paid them and Paychex has still not paid nor, apologized for screwing up so many times, I will be changing my payroll company right away.

Service is way more expensive then other payroll services and service is lackluster at best. They forget to do things they tell you will get done. They are slow to mail out checks. The employees are borderline rude and uneducated about their jobs. They do not follow up when they say they will. They forget to call for hours like they are supposed to. For a company as big as they say they are, I am shocked they are still in business.

Oh My God Paychex fumbled the IRS tax levy and it took me a week to get them to do it on an employee and I had to have the IRS agent to help me. Paychex actually told the agent that they did not have to apply the levy or garnishment!! I was charged over $200 for one month of payroll on 4 people. They would not correct it unless I went to a supervisor and then that supervisor never got back to me.

Very dissatisfied. The quotes for their services were not accurate. Once my firm became a client we had "a Paychex Representative" assigned to us. That person was rarely available. Our employees payroll was rarely correct. Upon final audit before letting this payroll company go, we discovered they had over paid themselves and our taxes as well. Complete thumbs down!

Horrible experiences, month after month, so many mistakes in 3 our of every 4 payroll cycles over the past three years, one account rep after another, terrible followup. Plenty of sales calls to add services but very little attention to detail for basic payroll processing itself.

Paychex handles my payroll. They attempted to convert our merchant services over to BluePay. The process was not professional, organized or correctly executed. I would strongly advise avoiding their third party relationships.

This is a first class place! The management and employees are enjoyable to work with and will patiently solve any problem you have. I heartily recommend them if you need a payroll service!

I cancelled my service with paychex in january it is now the end of may and every month they decide to take money out of my bank and say I still owe them......NEVER USE PAYCHEX!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service and high prices. On-line reporting is a nice tool, but not worth the cost and lack of service.
