Horrible, just plain horrible. Seriously a 45 min wait to talk to someone to get help logging into account then to find out they were closed at 5. Called the next day another 35 - 50 min wait just to find out when my bill is due. Seriously who has this much time to wait on hold when people have to work during the day? Just horrible service. If I would have known how hard it is to get a hold of someone I would have stuck to Health Partners Plan. No wait to speak to anyone there. Thinking of canceling and switching plans!

The absolute worst customer service ever. Spoke to a representative from each department at least 3 times each to find out that no one has any answers. The operator was the most knowledgeable person that I spoke to. Several customer service reps were flat-out rude and ignorant about their own job. Will not be establishing a partnership on behalf of the international fitness facility that I represent.

Imagine a company that raises its rates 50% than does not answer its phone for customer service requests. Well you got it Blue Cross of Minnesota wins dumb Ass company of the year.. unreal that this company can operate and stay in business. I sure wish the Minnesota public would wake up on issues like this as blue cross needs to be held accountable for treating its customers so poorly..

43 years on earth, never had it this difficult. Now I reluctantly call again to see about getting reimbursed for medical bills we paid because they screwed up TWICE! Thank God JP Morgan Chase dropped these guys and went back to United Health Care. OK, wish me luck, I only have 30 minutes to try to complete this, and that would be a record as usually hour half on each call.

I have been on the phone waiting to speak with a customer service rep for 2 hours and 10 minutes and counting. I simply wish to cancel my plan because I am covered by my work. This is absolutely ridiculous. Based on the other reviews it seems this is not an uncommon occurrence.

Tried 4 times with 4 different phone numbers to reach live assistance in provider CONTRACTING. Kept getting transferred to the same overseas call center referred to as "provider service" (which is an oxymoron). Does anyone actually work in the Eagan office anymore?

Did not care for the automated system!!! But once I got to a live person they were awesome answered all my questions and sent me the emails that I needed promptly truly a great experience ☺☺

Nice spot for kids soccer, but the portable bathrooms are often left unserviced. Imagine 100s of kids per week using the portapotty without washing hands and no sanitizer.
