We are long-time, very satisfied repeat clients of Dr. Roof because we have never been disappointed with the work completed. We own properties in Vancouver and the northern Oregon coast and have hired Dr. Roof for multiple projects: three new roofs (one was at a large condo where we owned two units), a small deck, a roof moss clean, and replacement windows (to be completed soon). The project managers and crew are consistently reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. We have never met a Dr. Roof representative that was not professional and knowledgeable. Communication is prompt by phone or email. The crews always showed up on time as promised. We will hire this fantastic, service-oriented company again in a heartbeat. Installation of two single hung windows to replace one large, non-opening window. Installers were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in a workman like manner. We did have one issue -- electrical wiring had to be moved, as it interfered with the window. The local electrical firm -- Ford Electric -- was summoned, and they resolved the problem. As with Dr. Roof, they were very professional and proficient, which speaks well for Ford Electric, Dr. Roof, and the relationship between the two contractors. Dr. Roof did a fine job, I highly recommend them.
