Previously we had an agreement with a firm that no longer services Mobile. A relative had a positive experience with Climate control so I called and made an appointment. On March 28th the Service expert called and confirmed his arrival in about 20 minutes. Gene Anderson arrived , introduced himself. I confirmed I wanted a service visit and wanted to sign up for an annual agreement. Gene explained everything he was doing, what he found, what was not set correctly and how he would proceed. He showed me where some mold built up and explained the value of the light if installed. Throughout the time Gene was here he was polite, pleasant and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience and I will be asking for him next time I call.

Our technician Jerry Bolen #64 arrived within just a few hours of our phone call, on a Sunday, no less. He was knowledgeable and gave us a few different options to fix our A/C problem. He was also very patient with us as we frantically tried finding different ways to get it done as quickly and cheaply as possible. He fixed our A/C very quickly and I feel very confident in the advice he gave us for our future A/C needs. I highly recommend this company, and if you get Jerry at your door, trust that you are in good hands!

Just had my 3 a/c units serviced today by the best tech ever! He has serviced my home on Dauphin Island and in Mobile over the past three [ or more ??? ] years. He does a great job explaining things and giving good information on the care of the units. I was happy to see him today, when he came to service my new home. My technician was Gene Anderson, He was on time. Clean kind and courteous. He check suction vacuum and discharge pressure. He explained air flow in the duct system. He check ohm resistance on the fan motor. He open up the duct work and checked for mold and dirt. next he went outside and tested the a/c compressor. he added Freon as needed. He did a through job of inspected and ensuring proper operation of my system. adding the Freon will make the unit run efficiently this summer.

Our service expert is Donnie Anglin and he does an outstanding job of performing our Spring and Fall Maintenance program. He is very thorough and courteous in making sure that everything is checked out thoroughly. This makes us feel confident that our system will give us the maximum years of performance. Our service agreement is very reasonable and we feel that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"

Gene Anderson was the service technician on call. He called back in a timely manner and explained to us what we needed to do before he arrived to prepare the unit to be serviced. I appreciated his honesty by not over charging us. He initially quoted 3 lbs. of freon was going to be added, but was honest and told us afterwards that it only took 2 lbs.
