I appreciated how quickly Air Engineers sent out a technician when we called (same day service). Unfortunately, the technician they sent, Josh, left without fixing the problem or even being able to articulate the source of the problem. We had a second technician, Dennis, come out the following day, and he was very good. He diagnosed the problem timely, ordered the parts we needed, and said the installation should be done within six weeks. In the meantime he made some adjustments to our system so it at least functioned. I called to follow up on setting an appointment for the repairs ten days later on July 17th. I was told Carol does all of the scheduling and she would get back to me later that day or the following day at the latest. After receiving no response I called back on July 31st, and was told Carol was not available, but she would get back to me soon. I called again on August 2nd after receiving no response again. Once again, I was told that Carol was not available. At this point I asked the lady who answered the phone (very polite and professional) if I could just cancel the order. She checked with her manager and I was told that Air Engineers is not scheduling repairs at this time; rather, they are only doing new installs. We are left in the middle of summer in Florida with two small kids and an AC system that is not very efficient, and Air Engineers cannot even be bothered to call us back and let us know the status. Personally, I am very disappointed with Air Engineers.

In July, our AC unit went out. We have used Air Engineers for summer and winter checkups (and the occasional servicing), since purchasing our home eight years ago. Air Engineers sent someone out on a SUNDAY, to check on our unit. The service tech was prompt and worked efficiently, despite the heat. It was determined that our compressor went out. The tech was polite, explained our options and answered our questions; we were not pushed in any direction. A few days later, we decided to replace the entire unit. Chris Craft met with us and did a great job of answering all of our questions, without pushing us in any direction. We were also pleased with the price and financing options. Chris was even able to schedule installation for the following SUNDAY (at no additional charge). Just before the weekend, we received a call to offer installation one day earlier - much appreciated during a hot Florida summer! The technicians who installed the unit were again prompt, friendly and worked diligently to set everything up quickly! We were so pleased with the entire process! Air Engineers took great care of us, and we will continue to be loyal customers! Our sincere thanks to the entire team at Air Engineers!

HVAC Service Experts was courteous, prompt and available to come on a Sunday when our A/C unit stopped working. The technician diagnosed what he believed to be the problem, and repaired it quickly. He charged us only for the repair/part and did not charge extra for the service call since he replaced something. The next evening, our A/C went out again. We called in the morning and they got another technician out to us by noon. He evaluated what had been done the day before, and determined a different part also needed to be replaced, however because this was not diagnosed the first time around, they did not charge us for the additional service call OR the new part. We are very pleased with the service and skill of this team and would not hesitate to use them again. FAST FORWARD 3 YEARS to our new home: long story short, a (different, obviously) tech almost ruined our system by installing a part incorrectly. Had to get a different company to come out and fix the issue. This has tarnished my view of the company, unfortunately. They were quick to offer a refund for the service which I appreciate, but I will be hesitant to use them exclusively from now on. Get a second opinion when the cost is above $400!

The outside portion of my a/c unit was not working and I called a different company to diagnose it. After an $85 diagnose fee they told me that my compressor was bad and that I could get a new compressor in 3 weeks for $2000 or a new unit for $5500. So I called Air Engineers for a 2nd opinion and Chris Craft came out and diagnosed my unit for free. Chris found that the first company misdiagnosed my unit as my compressor works good and that I have blown a capacitor. Not only did he check the outside unit, he also checked the air handler in the garage and climbed up in the attic to inspected the duct work. Within two hours Chris had a tech at the house (Lee) and replaced the capacitor for a couple of hundred dollars. After replacing the part Lee hung around for about 30 minutes checking to make sure the system was not pulling too many watts or amps. Thank you Air Engineers for 1) proper and honest diagnosis 2) saving me thousands of dollars 3) providing above and beyond the service level expected by me, the consumer.

Had to call Air Engineers on two occasions this past week. On the first occasion, we had a Freon leak in the evaporator coil which necessitate its replacement. The only saving grace was that I had purchased the installed unit back in 2009 from Air Engineers and it had a ten year warranty. Other than a couple of days delay to order the evaporator, all the work was done at no cost to me. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and responsive. During a cold spell several days later, I noted that the system was not heating and called asking for a service call. Even though it was after 4:00 p.m. when I called, they had a technician out that evening to address the problem. I would like to complement the technician, Eric Rodwick (not sure of the first name). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He worked well into the night to resolve the problem. As a long time customers, we continue to be very happy and satisfied with our Air Engineers experience.

I called Air Engineers because they came highly recommended to me. I was not disappointed. My sales representative, Chris Chaft came out as soon as I called and could not have been nicer. He did not push but explained my options and let me decide was was best for me. I chose an XP20 with an Comfort S30 thermostat and could not be more pleased. The compressor sits right outside my master bedroom window and is too quiet to hear! The thermostat can be controlled from my IPhone or tablet. The installation was done promptly by a three man crew: Jeff, Anthony and Faustino. These three could not have been nicer. They worked straight through and got the old system out and the new system up and running in one day. The site was clean as a whistle while they were here and they left the house immaculate. I had a follow up visit by Victor to fine tune the thermostat and he was also prompt and left the system working perfectly.

I had to get a new fan motor for the outside, and because my unit is still under its 3 year warranty it was covered with no hassle. They were very quick at getting the part (I called on Saturday someone came out they ordered the part and had it installed Monday). The tech that came to do the installation Rodwick Dowston #230 was great at making sure we understood what was going on and gave us suggestions on what to do to stop the issues we were having from happening again. He had a great amount of knowledge about our unit and he was quick at getting the job done. I am very happy with the companies customer service, promptness, and I am so satisfied with the tech that we had. So much so that we have requested to have him be the person that we want to come when we have issues from now on. I would highly recommend Air Engineers and also tech #230 to anyone looking for a hvac company.

Technicians Corlos #66 and Fikret #56 , installed my brand new and expensive alr system on 10-24-17. Two very knowledgeable and professional individuals. it was a lot of work and they worked as the professionals they are. They arrived when promised,, finishing as promised with outstanding results. My thanks to both of them. Also, the Tech Jesse Farmer #297, serviced my older air units as scheduled on Oct 17, 2017 before we had decided to replace it, a lot based on what he recommended we might want to be considering in the next few months. Jesse did a professional job. He arrived as scheduled. He was exceptional ln his work and advice. Did a great job and I thank him!!. I completed a personal review on him but it appears not to show up anywhere, but I wanted to include him to you for his outstanding work

I found Air Engineers by accident while searching for a way to afford service for my a/c unit. I had called other companies and even had one scheduled, which I can now see would of cost me plenty. From the first phone call, which truly is where you can tell what kind of service you are going to receive as well as a general idea how the company is run, I decided to cancel the other company. I had been without air for 4 days enduring an indoor temperature of 90 degrees. The diagnostic was FREE and in my case my a/c unit was able to be affordably repaired. I am due for a new unit, but am glad that with the service that I received I am able to have more time to plan for that. A huge thanks to the service technician Jarold Tolbert; definitely provided more than what is usually given from others. Thank you so much.

A 14 year old unit stopped working and tech Roger Moore arrived promptly to service it. He figured out the problem and had the needed part in his vehicle. He also noted that there was a good amount of mold and mildew inside the handler. Even though the unit was now working I felt it was time to replace and upgrade it. I had Air Engineers and my regular hvac company bid their products. After much deliberation I chose Lennox for air quality reasons and because of the thorough understanding that rep Chris Craft gave me of my options. The new system was installed two days later. The crew was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. There was a minor electrical oversight which was recognized and tended to by an electrician Air Engineers scheduled and did not charge me for. Overall a very good experience.

On 3/28/16 I was scheduled for routine maintenance on my AC system. I requested a specific technician, Mr. Rodwick Dowston, who had performed maintenance on my system a few months earlier. His customer service oriented attitude, professional knowledge in AC systems and his genuine enthusiasm about his work are most impressive. He was very meticulous in following a recently revised maintenance procedures program designed to thoroughly test the AC system. Rodwick came well prepared with the required tools to complete the maintenance tasks and offered helpful recommendations with regard to replacing my AC system in the future. Excellent service and very professional. I highly recommend. From calling in to schedule an appointment which they answer the phone 24 hrs a day and have service hours even on the weekends and having Roger come out to look at my 17 yr old AC unit which was making awful sounds, he was on time and very professional. We decided after hearing all options to purchase a new unit. Chris came out to show us various options he was on time polite and answered all of our questions. We purchased a new unit and Carlos T and Fikret installed it. They were very polite, on time and did an excellent job. From start to finish they were very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was done in a timely manner especially having this happen in July in Florida.

Bill Applewhite # 70 serviced our a/c unit. We have been customers of Air Engineers since 1992 when we bought our house. You have serviced our unit & replaced it twice. Our experience with Bill has been one of the best we have had in all these years, He was very nice, polite, informative & personable. He spent his time checking our unit inside & out all the while respecting us & our property. We recently had our complete unit replaced inside & out, Bill explained quit a bit of things they we were not aware of with this new unit. He is definitely an asset to Air Engineers & would prefer his service in the future. We have always bought service agreements & they have worked out very well for us. Thank you, Bill Applewhite!
