On September 27, 2017, I called Sure-way and asked if they had two 18 ft. Elite Decking manufactured by Exterior Wood Co., Washougal, Washington. I needed the lumber to finish my deck. The sales person taking the call checked and said they did not have any 18 ft. but have some 20 ft. Elite Decking I told the sales person to hold two 20 ft. and said I would be there to pick them up. I drove from my house on Livingston Mt. to Sure-way. When I arrived at 4:00 pm and asked about the Elite Decking, another sales person checked and said they were all sold out. I said there were two set aside for me. He said that was a mistake. I said I drove all the way from Camas. I was upset and said I would shop at Sure-Way again. I then left and drove home.

The level of customer service is top notch and always with a smile. Whether I am buying materials or having them delivered, I am never disappointed. The level of service you receive at Shurway Building far exceeds what you will get at a big box store. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers, and I really appreciate the level of professionalism and the Excellent customer service that they provide. I can always rely on the staff to give me their honest opinion about any product displayed in their store, and that alone is worth its weight in gold. To all of the staff at Shurway, kudos to you, JOB WELL DONE!!!!
