These guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are TERRIFIC! I had them come to replace a simple outdoor faucet that I had mistakenly ruined by leaving a garden hose connected after our hard-frost started happening... my DUMB mistake... caused a split in the faucet that meant it needed replaced. Usually, I can do these sorts of repairs myself;.. but, since the faucet was soldered into place, I had to call a Plumber.... Benjamin Franklin was the first name I thought of. They were able to offer me a next-day appointment, but I had a previous commitment. The following day after they got here, which was good for my schedule. When Brian arrived (on-time), he was pleasant, showed me what it would cost me, offered me warranty options, and then allowed me to have him make some changes so I would be able to make this simple repair (replace a screw-in faucet) if I were ever this DUMB again! He had it fixed in half-an-hour, and it is just as expected, only now even better. I actually called the OFFICE number to tell them how professional Brian was, and that I was now a loyal Benjamin Franklin customer... It doesnt get any better than that. Thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out about 6 weeks ago to unclog my kitchen sink. The team was courteous and helpful. They left thinking that problems were solved. I was still experiencing some things with the water drainage in my kitchen sink so I called them back. This time Bill came out. I was really dreading this appointment because I was afraid they were going to tell me that was just the way it was going to be that they had done everything they could. The appointment was just the opposite. Bill made it his mission to make sure that the problem was resolved and that I was happy with his work. He went the extra mile, which was very refreshing. He knew what he was doing and was kind and courteous. Very, very pleased with the service I received .

Cody R. and his asst. Caleb E. came out to drain water heater and thoroughly check all plumbing for leaks or any other problems. Cody smelled a chlorine odor coming from water softener which could have become a serious problem if not taken care of promptly. He recommended a whole house carbon filtration system to absorb the chlorine and/or residue before entering water softener. We have not had any problem since. These two knew what they were doing and why it needed to be done and did a fantastic job. I recommend BFP and these two gentlemen for any plumbing job that may arise.

I do not recommend this company. I had a simple faucet install in the kitchen and bathroom. The plumber started at 2:20 and was done at 3:30. He came back the next day to finish install after our new counters were installed. In total, this would have cost approx. $900 for the work. I was shocked at the price, especially when you consider the hourly rate. After talking with supervisor, I was able to get the price lowered to $600. I would not use them as their prices are ridiculous. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Would give zero stars if I could. Service was HORRIBLE-structure of the house was unsafe after they left a gaping hole in both the kitchen and the bathroom, proceeded to take a very large chunk out of the countertop (when they were there to work on the shower) and then left a big mess. The owners wife was incredibly rude when asked to try and make it right. She kept interrupting and then began shouting when asked about guarantees advertised by the company. I would not send my worst enemy to this plumber...

Bill came over and was very respectful and courteous, but spent most of his time trying to earn my trust, which he is good at, so that I would purchase a water softner and hot water heater, to the tune of nearly $7000!!! Thank God I came to my senses. I am still mad that I allowed myself to be taken into paying almost $400 for a faucet for a stupid UTILITY sink in the basement laundry room. I was taken, and they will never be back in my home again!

I just recently built a new house in Robins. My wife ordered the stove from Costco NXR range. When Glenn and Dewayne arrived to hook the stove up. They informed me that the line to the stove was not big enough to run the stove my wife ordered. Both guys did a great job getting the new line to the kitchen even though part of the basement is finished. I will be needing my garage heater installed later this year. I will be giving these guys a call.

I cannot say enough great things about Benjamin Franklin and their staff. From the first phone call until the job was finished everyone was amazing to work with. A special thank you to Lance who took 3 hours out of his evening to fix our problem- he never once seemed rushed, he took his time to explain our new sump pump until we understood, and was a true professional. This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin and my last! Was told I needed to buy a $2500.00 sump unit and to get rid of the sump jet I just put in 1 year ago. Asked to have a much less expensive sump pump put in and could tell things were already going south. Was then told someone would be here by 11:00 a.m. By 12:15, no phone call and no plumber. Called and cancelled my appointment. Be very careful!!

I live in a trailer court in North Liberty Iowa and most plumbers are too snobbish to work in a TC. Benjamin Franklin Pluming is not also willing to work in a TC, but they will work for the snobs that think they are better than most because they are mortgaged to the hilt and will never be out of debt.Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for fixing my problem repaired under warrantiy. Glenn got the job done in a timely manner while providing his associate the opportunity to get hands on experience to learn his trade. Had his price list out before he even looked at the problem. I only had a valve to replace in an easy open area. Charged me for showing up to the house. Worked on installing a new ball valve. Asked for a Dr Pepper, and then charged me $356. He only worked for 45 minutes. I will never even look at this company again. Will never recommend.

These guys were amazing! They worked until the job was done even though it was 730-8pm at night. They explained problems as they arose and showed us everything they did after they were done. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and cleaned up any mess they made after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I was happy with the work. The service pro was on time, friendly, and seemed to be knowledgeable. After he left, I bagged up the stuff he left under the kitchen sink, wiped out the cabinet, laid down paper towels and turned on the faucet to let water run in both sinks. There was a lot of dripping water. I still have leaks.

Unfortunately have needed their help a few times at bad times. Sunday night water heater failure. Saturday warranty service a few years later on same, main pipe clean out on a Thursday morning with less than 2 hour notice. Every time quick. Seriously, under 2 hours! Every time great on the phone. Every time great on site.

Couple of hours and several hundred dollars later, I am told the only way to fix my backed up sink is for them to come back out an replace all of my pipes for several thousand dollars. I call another plumbing service the following day and they fix it in 45 mins for about $100. I recommend literally anyone else.
