Well they first started by doing the roof. I took several pictures and watched as the crew worked very well together. I was expecting to see a bunch of trash all over the lawn and in the driveway but they took off all the shingles and cleaned up all of what had dropped. The final product was to my amazement nothing like what I expected. No one in my neighborhood had a roof that looked like mine. My wife and I were extremely happy with the install and full clean up. Then they came a few weeks later and installed our new windows and doors. The work was very precise. I am very particular about my house and caulking. The caulk was very clean and almost un noticeable. The nails were few and the guys were really helpful when explaining what they were doing and how to take care of the windows. My overall view of the company does not even come close to how great of a job they really did. Thanks guys, I will be using you again for my siding project.

They are definitely a company my mom and I would refer to anyone! After hurricane Matthew she had damage to her roof and the insurance company tried to only give her a couple hundred dollars for repairs. After numerous phone calls to different roofing companies nobody would call her back or even give her a quote. Finally after someone walking thru the neighborhood and talking with her they came out and gave her a quote and even followed up with her. With a ton of hesitation she decided to trust custom homes! They promised her that they would fight for every penny they could get out of the insurance company and they lived up to that promise! Tim was amazing! After a few weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company he got them to replace the whole roof! The installation was set up so fast and they completed the roof in one day! Thank you so much tim for everything!

I spoke with Ricky, who was wonderful, which lead me to Keith in sales, who was great and they set me up very nicely. I previously had a job done with another small company and called Custom Home Improvement to redo that mess. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Custom Home Improvements were great. I had bought an Angies List deal and they honored the deal without any pressure or sales pitches to expand the service or up the price. I added the gutters because the price was right. They were very professional and did everything they said they were going to do. We are very happy with all the work and would definitely use them again. They also give discounts to military!

So far, sound great the initial first impression with the phone call was very outstanding compared to the four other companies I called and Virginia Beach . The representative who answered the phone appeared to be very knowledgeable in regards to the process and what the estimator does and the was able to answer my questions to my suffice :) Will up date after the estimate is done Will up date after work is done.
