Last weekend, one of my units stopped cooling. On Monday called Garys to get scheduled for a technician to come look at my problem. I called and was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. To my surprise, Garys called on Monday afternoon and could come out. Fransciso arrived and was very professional and thorough. Thanks for your high level of customer service and care for the customer! Customer Service is a dying art in this day and age. It is good to know that people still care about those who pay their paychecks! Thanks again for the great work!

Gary’s Heating and Air has always been my choice. From the time you call them, the receptionist is very polite and professional and sets you up with an appointment at your earliest convenience, and calls you back when the tech is on their way. All the technicians are very professional and friendly and always solve the problem. It’s good to be a member and have regular scheduled checkups. It’s a comfort to know they are available 24/7. Your service technician, Michael Wrinkle was excellent. Superb professionalism, courteous, very helpful at explaining how to use the thermostat. Informing me on what he was doing, and why.. diligently getting his job done. I felt safe & comfortable with him in & out of our apartment, and when Gerald Owens brought Michael to our door, and introduced us & left. That says everything about your company! Thank you! Be very careful. Test their words thoroughly. When they offer an additional service (small switch on A/C unit) and they say that will be covered under the $137 service charge, BE SURE you understand that is an additional $137...not part of first charge for changing transformer on furnace. Tech ADMITTED he should have used the term "additional charge." $343 for a job I have had done before for $120.
