After my divorce I had a lot of bills to pay. Most collection agencies were mean or unwilling to work with me. Not Advanced Credit Management. It was without a doubt the easiest and best collection agency to work with. They do not treat you like a deadbeat nor do they unload empty threats that only make the situation worse. The administrative staff were insanely nice and always understanding. They had the worst of my debts and yet are making it the easiest to pay off. They treat you as a person and not another debt. They let you know up front that they want to work with you to get you out of a tough situation. If you talk to them, they will listen. They know me when I call to pay or any other reason you can possibly think of. I only wish that other collectors used them as a model and maybe a lot of us would be debt free. Thank you so much ACM. Without you the shame and ridicule of divorce may have overwhelmed me. Now, thanks to you, I will soon be debt free without having to declare bankruptcy or add any other problems that would have plagued me for years to come.

ACM has done an excellent job for us for many years. Their employees are kind and easy to work with. They are great to follow on things and get back to us. You would think people would complain when their account has been turned over to collection but ACM must be treating them well because I have not had complaints. Our returns have also been good.
