Avoid GECU! They implemented a new Online payment system that was supposed to make things better (the original one worked great and I never had an issue) and its the worst. They tried to cancel one of my monthly payments because I was ahead of schedule which would have resulted in me paying more interest. Customer service is really bad, they rarely know what to do or how to fix a problem. Never ending issues, id rather just pay higher interest than deal with them.

I have never had a good experience with this bank and my family has used them for years! They tell me the wrong balances and they are very rude.
