This bank has a very small parking lot and its awkward to park in some of the spaces. Its huge inside but there are never enough tellers to keep the lines moving quickly enough. Its just a real hassle to go here, even their online banking is slow and complicated compared to other banks.

With new managers, less tellers long lines. You should not be waiting almost an hour or more to make a transaction. It is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. This bank is at its worst and a lot of people are banking somewhere else now. Sometimes lines are out the door.

Very Bad customer service. Only one teller and to many employees sitting down encouraging customers to apply for loans. .20 ppl in line. 4 ppl alreday left because only one teller. Poor management. Very bad and poor management.

The lines are extremly long all the time..the represantatives sure take their time . Mostly chatting around...who ever their Manager is, is not doing a good job...
