I had one auto loan with these guys and they always took care of me. I recently went somewhere else (where I normally bank) for another auto loan and they said they would call me (they did not...). I went back here and they got my taken care of and everything set up. I went to Payson to finalize the sale and they picked up right where we left off and had us out of there within half an hour. I will be moving my other banking services over here as they have ALWAYS been on top of it and helped me with great service.

I am AMAZED at how wonderful our experience with them has been, we just got our car loan from them and the dealership processed some paperwork incorrectly, but these guys could not have been more wonderful (specifically Bill) he helped us through everything, and when we stopped by again to finish everything he remembered both my husband and I by name and treated us like we were friends! Definitely the best experiences I have had at a financial institution!

I try using the automated system over the phone to make a payment. I mess up once on one of the answers and it routesnmento w live representative who would gladly make the payment and charge $7.50 to do so. I tell him that Its a ripoff and he sends me back to the automated system. I try again, a bit more aggravated and get sent back to a rep who says he would love to set up a payment for a $7.50 fee.

I usually go in to make my line of credit payment, but I wanted to call to save time. I am STILL on the phone and we are at 21 minutes. TO PROCESS A DEBIT CARD PAYMENT. So so frustrated with them. Finally someone else got on the phone just to tell me that an over-the-phone payment would cost me $7 versus coming into the branch. Seriously?

Their representatives at the Orem branch are very unfriendly. They are very short with me and always fail to ask me what I need that day. When I ask questions about my account, they act as if I am putting them out or asking too much.

These guys have terrible customer service. Every time we go on the drive thru they are super short and rude, pleasant grove branch is much nicer.
