Since the beginning of 2017, we were looking to buy a house. Jeff worked on the pre-approval and we found a home within just a couple of weeks. Jeff made the whole process of getting financing fairly easy. Unfortunately, the deal fell through due to issues within the sellers. We found a second property and Jeff was there to get the financing together. Then that house fell through due to issues with the property. Jeff hung in there with us while we searched for another home. Finally, we found the third home. It was a little more expensive, but Jeff was able to get our financing completed and we closed within 4 weeks. After 4 months and three sales agreements, we are finally in our new home. Throughout that time Jeff and his team worked with us to make it happen. I recommend that you work with Jeff and his team if you want to reduce your stress and get the financing you need.

Mark and his team was very helpful with all my questions. Being a first time homebuyer I had all those questions which they answered everything patiently and clearly. I had a very smooth process with them even if we initially spoke way up in advance. We initially started the process at January but since the house is a new build it took us 8 months to complete. Mark and his team regularly contacted me just to make sure that everything is good. They also make sure that you get the best rates possible. I even recommended them to a friend and they also loved Triumph. My real estate agent did not know them initially but will now be recommending them. I would definitely work with them again when the need in the future occurs.

Mark contacted me after I filled out my information on Lending Tree website. I have talked to many lenders but no one can beat the rate that Mark gave me. There also was a situation where I had to close on the house that I just bought 2-3 months after we gave me a rate estimate. He kept me updated on the rate every week and explain all options I had at the time so I could get the best deal. This is my first home purchase and he and his team made it so easy for me and I learned a lot from them. I would strongly recommend Mark to my family and friends.
