Brian Gierczynski, aka Bri the Loan Guy, and I have had the opportunity to work together several times in real estate transactions. Brian has the utmost professionalism, knowledge and personality to make every client happy and exceed their expectations, as well as my own. In every closing, Brian has always been able to lower the amount of money that my clients need to bring to the table and on occasion the interest rate. Beyond the numbers, Brian has a way of communicating every detail so that my clients understand the financing completely and so that everyone involved is comfortable. He’s able to relate to each person and always does what is in their best interest. Brian makes sure to inform me of any updates or changes involved in the process and always “keeps me in the loop.” He always replies to my phone calls and/or emails within minutes!
