I filed a chapter 7 several months ago. At first, I didnt really like not being able to see the same person every time. But each person I met with knew everything about my case. I work in Nashville but live in Gallatin, and one day I had an emergency and had to leave work early. I also had an appointment that day in Nashville as their office is very close to my work. I thought I was going to have to cancel but they set me an appointment in their Gallatin office the same day and I was able to kill 2 birds in one stone. And the attorney that was in Gallatin that I had never seen before, knew everything about my case and was even able to pull up the documents that I dropped off in Nashvile previously, Very convenient locations and a very knowledgeable staff. All in all, Im a happy camper!!

They proved me wrong. I thought they were too big and I would just be another customer for them to make a buck on. But they went above and beyond. I didnt like having to talk to different people as the first person I talked with was very friendly and thought she would be helping me the whole time. Buit ervyone knew about my case. They take good notes while talking on the phone to customer. I also liked that they have several locations to make it convenient for me no matteer where i was. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues.
