This experience has been extremely emotional and tedious. I feel that my case could have been handled better considering I was referred to this firm by my doctor at the time. Even though I have never experienced being in this type of situation before I truly feel that my representation could have done more to fight for me. Even in the beginning, it was like I needed to except anything put on the table and at that point I knew I was alone in this ordeal. The reason for me seeking out legal counsel was to be advised on which steps may be better to take, what direction may be better to go in, and to be compensated for my loss, but to simply put it I had to figure all that out myself with hardly no input along with barely being compensated. I do understand that at the end of the day it is my choice to do whatever I decide since it was my case, but with no input how can I choose whats best for me? I am not happy with the outcome and I feel that my representation did not try to put themself in my shoes to even understand that my quality of life will not be the same as it was before. I feel my legal counselor did not represent me to fullest of their ability because it was clear cut case, however it seems to be different when it comes to the legal aspect. I feel like I was just a number and not a person who was a victim. I appreciate the failed attempt to represent me to the fullest, but I will not refer this firm to anyone in the future. Sincerely,

I could not be happier with the outcome of my settlement. It was not so much of the settlement, it was the hassle of going back and forth with the insurance companies all day long. I decided to go with Mitch Grissim and Associates based on the excellent reviews to handle my case to hopefully get it settled and closed. In an already stressful job, a stressful home life, I did not need the stress of this accident. Mitch and Brenda Cagle met with me and that day took over my case and got the ball rolling. My accident happened May 11th, met with law office in mid June, and my case was settled by October. I did not have to do a thing, they handled everything. Was involved in a car wreck by a drunk driver on I-40 in 2010 on Labor Day weekend, and to no avail from my issurance company did not take care of my issue. Mitch Grissim and Associates was the best decision I made after my car accident. I made a phone call which was returned the same day by one of the attorneys to discuss my case and schedule a consultation for later in the week. I traveled from west Tennessee to Nashville and met the team that was assigned to my case. I had a pretty good experience with Mitch Grissim and Associates. Although I only met with Mr. Grissim once, his associate attorneys Brenda and Buster were the best. They were always quick to answer my emails. Even going as far as to give me consultation on how I should handle an issue that arose with the body shop. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is it is quite a task getting to their office downtown. The parking can be a complete nightmare!
