Morgan Smith has represented me on multiple occasions over the years in family court. She has always showed compassion and a sincere concern for the children who are the ones who suffer most in such an unfortunate situation. I have had multiple attorneys myself and have been exposed to many more throughout trials. I can assure you that this quality is extremely difficult to find in an attorney these days. If you are in need of a family law attorney and want someone that truly cares, I would recommend Morgan Smith!

Atty Morgan Smith and her staff are not thorough,they are evasive,ambiguous, and very unprofessional. After paying Morgan Smith a substantial fee to represent my son in a visitation case she basically has not communicated any Information in regards to the case in over 4 weeks. When you call her office her staff can not answer any questions that you may have, and on more than one occasion the phone was hung up in our face. I would not recommend Morgan Smith to anyone.
