Just got off the phone with a representative. She was somewhat arrogant and very unhelpful. I am considering closing my account with them. I have heard negative things from other former Metro Customers but now have experienced it first hand. I get the impression that they are not interested in small accounts. I was very happy with Metro and was about to move all my accounts and banking to them. I am glad I did not.
