The worst costumer service also the worst system to post your payment you can paid the day 13 and they dont posted in your account until six days later hiiting you credit and charging you service late charged !!!! they using the most prehistoric account receivable method!!!! we need to moved to another bank !!! or they going to arruin your credit !!! six day from our call to posted a payment from chase bank or well fargo ?????

Capital mortgage are very friendly people to deal with. They made the process very easy for me. Everytime I had a question about something I could call Gina and she would answer any question that i had. Great bunch of people working there. This company was always returning our calls and emails and keeping us in the loop of all changes and updates. Never had any problems of getting a hold of anybody to help us with our questions and concerns. Terrible customer service, I only use Capital Mortgage because my bank sold their secondary loans. Impossible to get paperwork completed in a timely manner which literally caused the sale of my house to fall through.
