Lisa Yountchi was extremely helpful in helping us secure our mortgage with Cross Country for our apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Being first-time buyers, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect from the process but we were very lucky to find Lisa. We initially did a lot of research and digging to find the best deal and Lisa went above and beyond to offer the best rate for us. The buying process in NYC is definitely not for the faint of heart but Lisa and her team made things run very smoothly. Being able to do all of the paperwork signing online made things much easier and immediate. Also, she was very responsive to our emails and questions and offered her expert advice when the time came to lock the deal down. We are now settled and very happy in our new home. I would absolutely recommend Lisa for anyone looking to secure a mortgage!
