We worked with Kelly Limbevski at Get A Rate for our mortgage needs. She was recommended by one of our family member who had very positive experience working with Kelly. We were skeptical initially as we were trying to get best rate and were reaching out to many big and small banks to get best rate possible. However, as soon as we met Kelly, we knew that she is the one who can best serve our mortgage needs. She gave us lowest rate possible in the market. Once we decided to go with her, she set us up on her cell phone so that we can communicate with her real time. She made herself available over the weekends and late evenings as well. She provided one detailed checklist of what she needed and stayed top of documents posted to her. Kelly also coordinated effectively with our attorney and agent. As a first time home buyer, we had lot of questions which Kelly answered with patience even though they were not related to financing. I have already recommended her name to my 2 friends. We highly recommend Kelly as she is a professional who cares about her customers. We appreciate all her guidance and excellent customer service. She was instrumental for us getting our first house and become a proud home buyer.

October 2016- As the interest rates dropped well below 4% in 2016, I received a call from Greg Marsh from Get a Rate. He told me that I could save money by streamline refinancing my FHA loan. Greg was amazing! He did all of the work and I am now paying less on my mortgage! Thanks Greg and Get a Rate! September 2015- I had a wonderful experience with Get A Rate Home Loans! This was my first home purchase and Michael Sema and Danny Valencia helped me through the process every step of the way. Get a Rate made home buying easy! As I entered the office, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile by the secretary. She even offered to serve me a refreshment! When I was going through the home selection process, Michael was always available to educate me and answer any of my questions. Update 9/23/2016: I just completed a refinance with Danny and Get a Rate as I qualified for much lower interest rate. Again, working with Danny and his team was very easy and straightforward. The rates were competitive to current market rates and I have no complaints. I would definitely work with this group in the future! I worked with Danny at Get a Rate after being referred by my buyer, based on his experiences working with lenders. Danny and his team worked hard and were very prompt in responding to us, as well as staying on top of all of the necessary paperwork. Considering how generally frustrating the home buying process can be, I believe Danny helped make it as easy as possible, and about 90% of the paperwork was taken care of electronically. Even though actual face time was minimal, it helped that I could reach out to Danny at just about (almost) anytime when I had questions. Definitely do your research, but Get a Rate worked for my family for these reasons.

We recently closed on a new home and did a re-fi on an existing home that will become a rental. We worked with Kelly L. All we can say is that the experience was pretty flawless. We had some minor hiccups with paperwork, that has happened on any and every closing we have been through, but honestly they were truly minor and this only held up our closing by a week or so. In our case this was fine for both the sellers and buyers, but working with Get-A-Rate...specifically Kelly and her staff was a very easy and dare i say enjoyable experience. She was personable, available anytime and thorough. She is extremely knowledgeable and held our hand/made calls followed up with people when i could not.
