United Home Loans was referred to me by a mutual friend and was actually the second lender I was dealing with and I wish it was the first. Adam at UHL got me a lower rate with lower fees and was able to lock in the rate for an extended period of time. Right from the beginning, I knew Adam knew his stuff when it came to mortgages and that was also apparent through the rest of the process. Adam was super responsive to every part of the process and his attention to detail made the everything so much easier (catching things that would have been an issue days/weeks in advance). Adam is definitely the guy you want as a mortgage lender, could not recommend him more highly.

I first met Chris at a home buying seminar and eventually used United Home Loans to get my mortgage for my condo. As a first time homebuyer, I would highly recommend him. He was patient and walked me through the application process, answering all my questions. There was transparency throughout with Chris and I never felt like I was lost or hit with a charge I wasn’t aware of. Chris and his team are incredibly responsive and very easy to get hold of. Chris cares about his clients as after closing, he still continued to checkup with me and asked if I had any questions.

Worked with Chris Kinsella for my loan. UHC was amazing - I got a great rate, and they were extremely responsive. Even the lawyer we worked with during closing mentioned "Oh, yeah these guys - I love working with them" when we were checking to make sure our funding had come through at the closing. I had just heard complaints the previous day about getting a mortgage through Chase due to their funding issues holding up closings. I could not recommend UHC more highly!
