I am aggravated with their lack of honest business.After doing a $1500 repair a little over a year ago I brought my car to be looked at due to engine light staying on.Even though it was under the time and miles to void the guarantee they said to even know what it was related too I must pay $98 for a diagnostic.While they of course made note this problem was not related to their previous repair they gave me an estimate for not only the engine light but also new tires and a another issue they noticed while jacking the car up that would cost $800.After listening to their list of " must have done " I told them I would be taking care of all of these somewhere else then they came back with a lower price on all of it.I felt they were trying to overcharge in the beginning.There should be set fees for specified repairs.

I brought my car in for an oil change. The next morning there was a pool of oil on my driveway under the car. I figured they must have spilled some oil when they were changing it and it was running down the engine. I put some card board on the driveway to protect it until the dripping stopped. Seven days later it was still dripping oil. I took my car to a mechanic to investigate. AAA had overfilled the oil and it was overflowing when the engine got hot. The mechanic had to drain the oil and refill it to the proper level. No problems since. The coupons they send are not worth it if they do a poor job. If they screw up an oil change, who would trust them with anything else?

I moved here from Salt Lake City and had my vehicle serviced. I was truly amazed with the service, the politeness, knowledge and the caring attitude of all the employees. The work was completed in a timely and accurate manner. All completed work was explained. Just by waiting on the next rep, who was w/customers, the way they explained everything prior to work being started showed how professional and concern they are insuring the customers knew they, I were in excellent hands. Thanks to all, up front reps and those fantastic mechanics. You guys really rock.

I would really hate to even give these people one star, but i had to have this post posted. They have ruined my car to a point where i had to literally go to another mechanic to get my parts fixed. All the repair shop people are mean to a point that they will address it to you. You would expect to have a good service when you go to AAA, but this place is just taking peoples money for granted by providing the shittiest service they could provide. I demand to have this place shut down or have everyone replaced in there

Have owned and managed auto parts stores for many years and recently moved to the area and began using this location. They have performed numerous oil changes and tire replacements for me and have always done them in a timely manner and VERY reasonable! Terron, one of the service writers, seems like a great guy and every time I ask if they can do something it’s always “yes sir, we can do that”!Their service guys are very friendly too, which is unusual in itself. Thanks AAA Matthews!!!!

@DAVE YELVERTON YOU WORK FOR AAA CAR CARE, HOW CAN OUTRIGHT LIE AND REVIEW THIS COMPANY? IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS BASED UPON LIES? EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS CAR CARE CENTER HAS BEEN HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES. IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO GET AN OIL CHANGE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE. I WISH THAT I HAD AN OPTION FOR NO STARS, OR BETTER YET, NEGATIVE STARS!

Was very pleased and very much satisfied with the professional people who took care my car. Made me feel so welcomed and the place was very clean. Was taken in at the last minute of the day. I will not take my car back to the dealership again. The man who took care of my needs was on top of things and was so helpful. I will most certainly take my car back there.

Friendly, personable service. I was informed beforehand that the alignment would take longer than most cars so I was prepared in advance for a wait. These guys were thorough, funny and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this location.

I took my car in for an oil change and second opinion on some proposed maintenance. They did a great job and provide a shuttle service for AAA members. Though maybe a few dollars more than the some other places, it was worth it. AB

They ordered parts and set up appointment for day after parts were to be in. Took car in at appointment time and was ready when estimated. Could not ask for more than that and I am pleased. Will use AAA again for repairs .
