I recently purchased a used older F150 from Del Toro Autos and I have to say this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and their service is top notch. 1. I got great a deal on the truck and my trade in 2. They went over the truck with a fine tooth comb and fixed everything up like it was new. 3. They put it up on the lift to check the 4 wheel drive 4. They sewed up a tear in the fabric of the seat 5. They got me a super low interest rate through one of their banking partnerships and they actively hunted for the best rate because at one point it was a higher rate and they found a lower one. 6. The had the Carfax report with all of the service that had been done to the truck 7. They had the service records from the original owner of the truck (it was a fleet vehicle, but the attention to detail and saving that information was excellent) 8. I was worried about the age and the mileage on the truck but they answered all of my questions and double checked everything 9. They were super responsive to my questions and basically go the truck sale turned around in a day 10. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Best of all, and this is not a fake out, there was no high pressure to get the sale. Just presented me with the facts about the truck and the trade in value of my old truck and let me decide if I wanted to make the purchase. They didn’t jerk me around and basically they just offered me the best deal the first time so I dind’t have to haggle back and forth repeatedly. I am impressed with Del Toro Autos, and will take my business back there again. Give them a try, I mean it’s the least you can do!! Thanks Del Toro, I like my second “New” Truck!!

I went out on a rainy Sunday looking for a new car, I hit a couple of different car lots in Auburn and was very disappointed, I have really poor credit so I knew it was going to be hard to find a nice car that was worth the money. I was about to give up when I pulled into Del Toro and met with Paco. I think he could see I was discouraged but he sat me down asked me what I was looking for and what price range and all the correct question. I instantly felt relaxed and I even told him I know you may not be able to get me into a car because of my credit. He said please just look around and we will get you a new car today. I left that day with a 2005 Sebring, I was very happy with the car lot, the people and the service. I would tell anyone to go there, if you feel like you can not get a car or get financed and you are DONE dealing with sales men that treat you like a customer instead of a friend then go to Del Toro, you will not regret it.... When you go ask for Paco. Thanks Paco I love my car.....

First off del Toro Auto Sales is really a life saver, My car broke down and i was really concerned that i had done something wrong. Well not only did they take my car in but they also fixed it for me free of charge. They installed a new clutch and slave cylinder and A new axel. If your looking for a good place to buy a car definately go here. I wouldnt have it any other way Mike the mechanic did an excellent thing for me and always answered his phone when i needed it, JC the boss was THE MAN. And lastly Bruce hooked up an excellent deal for me. Overall I LOVE DEL TORO AUTO SALES!!!!

I whent in there and look at the car i seen on line . Talk sale men and told him here what i have to work with. he said ok. He said can u came back tomorrow. So i left there i thought to myself i not getting that car. He called me back next and said come get your car. I said no way he yes. And he said good news your interest rate is low i said nice. He rocks and good people there and it not all about the money there. So if looking for a car i say go there they help you and treat u like one of there own. 5 star in my book.

Went into Del Toro looking for a replacement car after a total loss accident. The salesman sat down with us and went through the entire inventory to identify possibilities, listening to our likes and dislikes, price caps and vehicle requirements. The selection was solid, and we identified several possibilities quickly. After test driving, it was a no-brainer. The staff was knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and personable. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation, and will be referring friends.

Even after I bought the car the check engine light came on , and they told me to bring it back down and they would see what they could do about it. Excellent deal I got for a 2009 Mercedes E-Class. They were able to get me a really good interest rate even with my poor credit. I got an extra set of tires plus an extra key fob at no extra charge... Also, on a personal note I want to say that the owner was upbeat, knowledgeable and intelligent.
