I was referred to Churchwell from my car dealer and am SO thankful I was. At the time - I was new to the Lake Norman/Cornelius area and had no idea where to start. I called Chaz on a Sunday expecting to leave a message and follow up with an email. He not only answered - but he took 1.5 hours to take me through the process of gathering my information, giving me a quote and working to make it fair and affordable for my situation. He even helped me combine my renters insurance with my auto and save money each month. It was the easiest process and completely painless. I am so grateful to him and his OUTSTANDING customer service. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Chaz will take care of you.

Recently purchased my first house and my experience purchasing home owners insurance with Chaz Churchwell and Churchwell Insurance Agency was by far the easiest process of purchasing my house! Trying to get up to date info from realtors and loan companies was discouraging to say the least. I found when dealing with Chaz he was punctual and honest and that was greatly appreciated! He called when he said he would, quickly responded to any concerns, and made the process simple! I know he will get my insurance business in the future and I recommend you do the same!
