Fairly new premium members and have used the service twice for towing ... the first time my friend waiting for 9 hours in the parking lot of her job. The second time my radiator crack on the side of a very busy highway and I had to wait 3 hours.... I am not happy what so ever. I pay for a service and I expect to get what I’m told I’m paying for. I’m a 19 year old stuck on the side of I-75 for 3 hours.

Waited over 5 hours for a tow with my friend who has had a membership for 20 years. Sat in parking lot until long after dark! 11pm by time tow truck showed.
