“ I highly recommend Mr. Fatemi and his knowledgeable attorneys and staff for all of your immigration matters. I am a UK citizen who wished to invest in the U.S. in order to obtain green cards for my entire family. Back in 2013, another attorney first referred me to Mr. Fatemi. Prior to contacting his office, I researched the process of obtaining an investor visa very carefully. From my research I determined that there is a substantial amount of fraud and dishonesty in these types of cases – many foreign investors have lost money and never got a chance to get their green cards because either the immigration attorneys they hired were bad or the regional centers they invested in were fraudulent. When I first met with Mr. Fatemi, he also made me aware of all the fraud and misrepresentation in these types of cases. Mr. Fatemi then provided me with an outstanding explanation of his strategies and provided his track record of success. After this meeting, I decided to hire him to help me and my family, my wife and three children, obtain our green cards. I had a very complex case - initially there was an issue with the source and trace of funds that would be used for the investment. Mr. Fatemi quickly found the issue and resolved it before filing my paper work with USCIS. I am pleased to state that my case was ultimately approved and in July 2016, myself, my wife, and our three children were all able to enter the US with our green cards. From the very beginning, the process went very smooth without any problems all thanks to Mr. Fatemi and the other attorneys in his office. I highly recommend this law office. I am very happy with their work and what they did for me. They got me my Green Card. Mr. Fatemi, Ms. Stover and all the other staff members in their office are smart, hard working, and honest people. I was born in El Salvador and entered the U.S. without a visa or any papers when I was just a teenager. I had fled El Salvador because I feared for my life and safety and I was caught when I was crossing the border. I was served with a notice to appear in court. However, I was not able to make it to the court and because I failed to show up to Court, the Judge ordered me deported. A friend told me about Mr. Fatemi and I made an appointment to see him. Mr. Fatemi listened to my story and reviewed all the papers I had. At the end of the consultation, he said that there is hope for my case. To make a very long story short, Mr. Fatemi reopened my case in immigration court and filed petitions with the court and Immigration Services to ultimately win my case. In total my complex case took 5 years. During this period Mr. Fatemi and his office assured me that I have a very good case and were always positive and encouraged me to stay strong and positive. I was so worried that I would be deported after the election in November. But last week, when I went for my last interview, I got the best answer of my life. “My case was approved.” And I got my Green Card. He allowed me to intern at his office so I could gain experience in the legal field. I was not only able to observe various legal procedures and cases, but I also saw first hand how Mr.Fatemi, Ms.Stover and the whole firm made the interest of the client their priority. They not only put cases together in a timely manner but also keep the clients posted on the status of their case with any updates they may have. They check in with clients to see if they have any problems or concerns, and they make themselves available to new clients. Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC is different from other firms in that they are a close knit community and through working together on all of the cases, they can comfort the clients while also getting their jobs done. I would like to recommend this law office for the great job they did for me again. I have used Mr. Fatemi for my immigration work in the past. Recently, I was a passenger of a car which was in an accident. I was injured pretty badly, missed many days from work, and had extensive medical bills.
