I got charge with a DUI. I did not want take a plea becuase i did not agree with the charges i had been charged. I hired Lewis Silber and We had to go to trial. We went to court once and the state wanted me to plea guilty. He stood behind me in my decision of fighting the case and going to trial. Appearently the officers had a video of me in which i did not know about. We had to continue the case because Mr. Silber had to investigate the case. I got another court date and the officers got scared of him, and on the second time they did not show up on the second court date. The officers did not show up after they had wrote a five page discovery and the officers alleging i was drunk. So I Am very happy with my result. I was found not guilty on all the charges. I wish i had known Lewis Silber in my last two cases because those lawyers plead me guilty just to get out of it and be done with it and take my money. If you want a lawyer to fight for you and fight your case, i recommend Lewis Silber.

I want to first off by saying thank you to Mr. Silber... I was charged with driving without insurance and 4 other citations. I actually forgot about the case and until I was searching through my mail and found a letter I received almost 9 months ago. I immediately became worried, I called Mr. Silber office and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. That this point I had less then 3 day to the court case. Mr. Silber was very knowledgeable and informative. He worked with me with the retainer fee due to by case being within two days. As we got to court Mr. Silber gave me a run down of the state attorney and the judge and what we could expect. We were not in there for more then 20 mins and Mr. Silber was able to get me off on all charges. No jail time, no tickets, and we are able to wipe my record clean. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Thank you!!!! The best, I will highly recommend him to anyone.
