Great service, friendly and courteous staff. And when my sister expressed concern about getting the original of her Power of Attorney (POA) back, they went the extra mile to ask the clerk if it could be done while they waited instead of the normal protocol where you are required to leave it there and trust them to record it and return it in the mail a few days later. The clerk agreed, recorded the POA, and returned it to them on the spot. I was impressed and am glad we used Closeline Settlements! -Rob

My experience with Close line settlement was terrible. Michael the manager was a pompous, rude fellow who said he owned the company. I found out later his daddy owns company and the son (Michael) was a problem child. Father has a relation with BB&T Bank, they try and use them for closing. I would strongly recommend that if you have a closing with BB&T make sure you tell them that you Do Not want to use Closeline Settlements.

He explained their role in the settlement process and offered to rectify the situation with reimbursement of the WSSC bill that I was stuck with paying. I received the check just as promised. Closeline Settlement was great to work with and we completed settlement in 10 days and had several places to choose from to completed the final paper. Most of the paper work was completed via email and fax leading up to the final day. Everyone was professional and I enjoy working with them.

Nice experience, the rep and closing agent were great. Disappointed in bank as my scheduled closing was postposed without letting me know, apparently they had computer problem which I totally understand, just should have been notified of the cancellation.
