Today I went in for the fingerprinting service and while previously experiencing trouble setting up an apportionment online we were able to complete the required portion of our background check. The two staff members assisted us in getting an appointment set for later in the week but also got us pushed through to complete the process today before we left town so that we would not have to drive back from Elizabethtown Ky. Tracy and Alexis were very helpful and kind. They made us feel comfortable and went completely out of their way to help us.

I arrived for my appointment and the computers were down. They told me I could come back and I made the suggestion that they give me a call when the computers are back up and running. I never received a phone call that day; I called them the next day and left a voicemail and never got a call back. Poor customer service.
