Typically when I have to use a lawyer for something I have no idea if it is going to be a pain or not. I have to say Shook & Stone was for the most part very professional and responsive. It took almost 2 years to close the case but I think most of these accident cases tend to take this long and I am okay with that as long as I can get an update when asked for. They always responded to my emails and helped me get the support for my injury very quickly. I did deal with multiple paralegals and I took a star off because I was never introduced to this person when someone took over for the previous one. When it was time to resolve the payments for doctors they do a great job of reducing the bills. I have to say that Shinale was very good at her job and helped me without much work needed on my end. This was outstanding customer service which a lot of places lack. Thanks Shook & Stone for taking care of my case. I would suggest you to my friends and colleagues.

I was on my motorcycle when a car came into my lane and hit me on Tropicana. As I was laying in the middle of Trop with a broken leg and other injuries, the cop leans down and hands me a ticket. The people that hit me said that I swerved into their lane. Luckily, I had a camera on my helmet and video. Leonard Stone really came thru for me. He and his staff made sure that I got the medical care I needed which is HUGE in my book! I never dealt with an attorney before and my thought was that they would be talking all about money. The talk was all about getting me so I could walk again and getting me healthy! That was amazing and I really appreciate them for that. In the end, I could walk again, Mr. Stone proved I was not at fault, they made the ticket go away, and there was a sizeable settlement that surprised me and made me real glad I had contacted Shook and Stone! They screwed me at my Adjudicated Law Judge hearing. I filed for an Appeals Council Review and the ODAR vacated the previous decision. Andrew Guzik and the staff at Shook & Stone failed to get important medical evidence into the record and failed to perform any kind of due diligence. And their willingness to communicate with their clients is nonexistent.
