My only regret is that I tried to work with the insurance company for 8 months before I called John. I should have called him immediately and not wasted my time. I had shoulder surgery because of a rollover crash and my doctor says it will likely affect me for the rest of my life. It still bothers me. John was so calm and professional and put me at ease through the whole process. He stayed in touch with me through Kirby and his office. He told me exactly what to expect and he was dead on. We settled after about 4 months for significantly more than what the insurance company offered me and got the max we could get. John is a good man. He has a great heart and I can tell he really had my back and loves his job. It was evident the defense lawyers had a lot of respect for him and I could not be more confident in him. He is more like a friend than a lawyer. I am so thankful I was referred to your office. Thank you!!!
