Jeff Roberts was referred to us by a family friend who is an attorney in Houston, Texas. I called up my friend and asked who is the best attorney to help us in Nashville and his answer was Jeff Roberts. My daughter and I are not originally from Nashville and had no idea where to turn to after her accident. The first time I met Jeff, I was assured he was here for us both through this terrible experience. He came over to the house to first meet with us the day after my daughter got out of the hospital. It was critical to get all information gathered quickly and ensured us he was here to help. From start to finish Jeff was always available with quick answers, no delayed responses and always on top of my daughter’s case. Everything was explained to us in detail and there was never any pressure to have to decide anything without reviewing all the facts and making informed decisions. He made us feel very comfortable about everything that happened even as crazy as that can be dealing with a serious situation.
