Bryan Stephenson is worth way more than I payed. I called Bryan and got a response within the hour. Not only that but Bryan immediately got the defense plan together and began working on the case. From the day that I contacted bryan and told him my situation (violation of probation, and domestic assault) he worked without ceasing. We kept in contact via, email, phone, and a couple of meetings in person. He was not at all persistent and badgering about payment but had only mentioned it to me once, as opposed to most lawyers who told me their fees and wanted to know how I would pay within the first five minutes of the conversation. Bryan was absolutely incredible. I did not have to once walk into a court room because of his constant communication with those involved in the case and the D.A. He got both charges completely dropped and expunged all while I continued my daily life with no hinderances. On top of all of the incredible results he is extremely well priced.

Bryan Stephenson was fantastic! In December, I hired Bryan to help me with a hit-and-run investigation being conducted by the Metro Nashville Police Department. My nerves were completely frayed because I had never had a brush with the law before (Previously I had only ever worked with a patent attorney). Bryan listened to my side of the story (which was admittedly unique), and then successfully defended me with no charges being filed, and no court costs being incurred. Most importantly, he spared me from the stress of being interviewed by a metro detective... and he did it all during the holiday season (which could have made a timely resolution to my case difficult). Honestly and easily, hiring Bryan to intervene in my situation was the most important decision I have made in a long time. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Bryan Stephenson as my attorney. My case included multiple failure to appear warrants and needless to say, I was scared to death to deal with it. Bryan was extremely helpful from the moment I first met with him. He was sincerely concerned with my situation, and made himself available for all questions and concerns that I had during the entire process. I recently had to acquire a lawyer. I was beginning to feel like I was at a used car lot, until I came across Bryan Stephenson. After I read about his history online, I decided to meet him in person for my consultation. When we concluded, I knew I had to hire him. This was my first offence, and it was pretty serious charge, but at the conclusion of the final court day, it was dismissed and expunged. I recommend Bryan to anyone. He knows the system inside and out, and is respected in the court room.

I had a great experience with Bryan.. After my arrest, I asked around and was referred to him by a friend. While I did my homework and looked around, he was the only one who seemed to ask me questions that were specific to my case and made me feel comfortable continuing on with him. He is very personable and genuinely cares about obtaining the best outcome for your case. Rates were competitive and worth it. For my first brush with the law (and hopefully the last) I am glad I had his representation.
