I highly recommend Kevin P. Landry Law Offices to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. I was involved in a car accident where the victim ran a red light while driving a F-350 and hit me head on as I was traveling through the same intersection. I was blind on how to go about dealing with my medical visit costs, replacing my totaled car, and recovering from this incident. Referred to by a close friend of mine, I immediately called Kevin Landry to assist me with this incident. After an extensive phone call I was 100% comfortable in handing over my case to Kevin Landry to settle. Aside from signing release forms, I did not have to do a single thing. Kevin Landry handled my medical records/costs and communicated with both parties insurance companies, which can be a daunting and lengthy process. One in which I simply do not have the knowledge or time to do on my own. The end result provided me with an excellent settlement that I am beyond satisfied with. I would not have been able to obtain the settlement I did without Kevin Landry’s assistance. I even relocated across the states during this settlement and that did not interfere with the case. I was able to communicate with Kevin Landry and his helpful office assistants without any issue whatsoever. I had a car accident about a year ago in New Bedford when I was rear ended getting on Route 18. I had to stop for the girl in front of me when I was hit. The rear of my car was completely smashed and I struck my head on the steering wheel. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital because I had a big welt on my forehead and was having dizziness, head and neck pain. I was involved in a motorcycle accident last summer and broke my left collarbone. I did a search for personal injury lawyers in New Bedford and called a few lawyers that came up. The first one to return my call, within minutes was Attorney Kevin Landry. I now know why as it is obvious he puts his clients interests above all else. He came to see me in the hospital that same day, just before my surgery to have a plate inserted, and continued to follow up with me in person and on the phone on a regular basis. I was in a really bad car accident w minimal "visible" injuries but had suffered a serious concussion. I needed 3 months of chiropractic treatment and was better physically but my concussion symptoms lasted beyond that. Kevin listened to me in regards to my concussion symptoms and was able to convey that to the insurance company and in doing so Kevin was able to get me more than 3 times! the original offer (original offer was an average settlement for 3 months of treatment). If not for Kevins persistence in conveying my struggles do to the concussion my settlement would have been based soulley on the 3 months chiropractic treatment and lost wages. I highly recommend hiring Kevin Landry if you are ever in need of a personal injury lawyer.
