My husband and I honestly have no idea on just where to begin thanking you all at Tax Tiger for working an absolute miracle with our Taxes. After my husband retired his company did not take out enough taxes on his 401K and that is when we received a hellacious bill in the amount of over $16,000.00, Yes, that is the correct amount of 0’s you are looking at. My husband and I knew that what was going to be our golden years were going to be just the opposite. Miraculously we came across a company named “Tax Tiger”. Of course after reading all about Tax Tiger and what they could do for us and what they stand for, we both automatically thought instantaneously this was definitely one of those “Too Good to Be True Scams on the Internet”. When we considered what could be the worst case scenario it was still a much better situation than the over $16,000.00 debt that Uncle Sam (IRS) showed we owed so we thought what the heck. After Ten monthly payments to Tax Tiger that averaged around $4,000.00, we received a final bill from Uncle Sam for $100.00. Yes those 0’s are correct as well. We are both very big skeptics and yes each month my husband and I wrote that check to Tax Tiger we would make the statement of this arrangement being very much too good to be true. Also thinking we might as well take that cash, put it in a fireplace and throw a match to it. For once in I can’t tell you how many years something finally worked in our favor in a very positive manner. After six years of trying to get out from under an overwhelming tax liability brought on because of unexpected medical issues, we noticed the liability was growing faster than we could make scheduled payments. We, as a culture, have been trained to fear the IRS; that they are without compassion or reason. Certainly, it is an earned reputation, but one that isn’t completely true. At least not from my perspective. Tax Tiger was always very honest about the process, sugar-coating nothing, but also never sounding any undue alarm bells either. At every milestone along the way, they were very clear about what it meant, and how things would go from there. I never got the feeling I was being coddled or handled, but treated like both a professional, and an adult. I truly appreciated that. I also really appreciated that Tax Tiger always responded immediately if I had questions. Never once did I not hear back from them in short order. They responded clear and fully. It is rare in this day and age to have that kind of attention. It was that attention and experience that got us to the finish line, and with such a great result! Tax Tiger amazed me with how quickly and easily they were able to resolve my case. I started this process confused about tax issues and scared of being stuck paying taxes that my employer owed, which were wrongly filed under my SS#.
