It was my pleasure to work with Terry Young in the St Cloud Florida location as we worked through the intricate process of qualifying for an FHA mortgage and purchasing our new home! As a victim of the 2008/09 FL mortgage crisis I knew our file had some serious blemishes. From start to finish Terry was immediate and accurate with her responses to my questions. I knew I could reach out any time and depend on Terry to deliver information on the status of our loan process, updates from underwriting, and communication with our equally amazing realtor, Christina Davis, from Weichert. I was in the mortgage industry many years ago and could relate to the "what and why" of the process. However, times have changed and I completely depended on Terry to keep me on track to meet our closing date goal. Twenty-four hours before our scheduled closing, Terry was traveling and could not respond to my communication attempts. It was critical. Not only did her colleague from another FL office reach out to me, the Vice President, Tom VanKoughnett, contacted me and assisted in the steps to meet a final underwriting condition. We closed as scheduled! In conclusion, I highly recommend Terry Young and Town & Country Mortgage for your mortgage process. You will not be disappointed! Betty

The entire team that Brett works with is very knowledgeable and they always set the right expectations for the customer during the entire home buying process. Oh I really wish we had read reviews before I used this mortgage broker. I used them because my Realtor recommended them. Big mistake, I believe they only survive based on recommendations. In short, they are absolutely terrible. If you want a mortgage broker who works slow, looses everything and urges you not to take advantage of city grants because its "to much work", and if your really set on having to get a lawyer involved just to close on your house. Well, you my friend have come to the right place.

I have been working with Maureen Brancazio since 2008 and she is the only mortgage loan officer I use. What I like about working with her is that she is very much to the point, gets back to me in a timely manner, and will brain storm with me when there is a problem that needs to be solved. What she quotes on figures is always accurate and I have never had a deal fall apart due to financing once I have an approved buyer. I will continue to use her as my loan officer and recommend her to all my clients.

This place was horrible! never ever think about using them because it will become the worst mistake of your life. Take forever to do a task or basically their jobs! Then when they do it they dont do it right! Unless you want to keep sending the same exact paperwork over and over again and keep repeating yourself to the point of misery then definetly do not go with these people! All they do is give you the run-around. Make no sense and take up so much of your time. trust me..
