After Sarah helped us sell our first home in 2014 (in a seamless transaction where we received a full-priced offer within a week of listing the home), I fell for the common misperception that “all agents are basically the same.” We let another agent list the home we needed to sell after preemptively purchasing our dream home. Our old house sat on the market for nearly 5 months – with not even the hint of an offer in sight. We were stretched thin with two mortgages and feeling very discouraged being able to sell this house. We learned the hard way, not everyone does what Team Lassen does. Team Lassen is truly something extraordinary. We met with Sarah on Monday evening; she had everything transitioned from the old agent and the new listing up by Friday morning. We had a very good offer within a couple of weeks and closed less than 30 days after accepting that offer. Sarah Lassen is the best in the business. It’s as simple as that. She’s impressively responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and one of the hardest working women I know. Through these transactions, she has become someone I deeply respect and truly admire. When we first met her, I remember her saying, “I know that I have to earn it, every single time.” And she does. If you want a second-rate agent, go ahead and look elsewhere. But if you want the absolute best, call Sarah Lassen.

TeamLassen is comprised of a knowledgeable group of real-estate professionals that understood our needs from the very beginning. Our Realtor for both the selling side and subsequent buying side was Charlie Souza. We interviewed Charlie along with three other Realtors for the selling side, and his pricing, presentation, knowledge and immediate answers to a full list of detailed listing questions was simply refined and impeccable. Choosing Charlie to list our home in February 2015 was an easy choice and now that the sale of our home is behind us, he and TeamLassen was absolutely the right choice. What we really liked about TeamLassen is that they actively managed the transaction from beginning to end - we rarely had to lift a finger. Yes, we had to be involved, but TeamLassen supplied all of the contractual and listing knowledge and know-how, including their pre-screened list of professionals to help us prepare our home for sale and closing (included stagers, HVAC professionals, Handymen and Movers – all of which we used). Natalie who works with Charlie and TeamLassen is absolutely amazing – courteous, knowledgeable, upbeat, and very timely in communication and follow-up. I would absolutely use Charlie and Natalie from TeamLassen again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

We worked with Team Lassen to purchase our dream home and are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. After making our initial offer, a cash offer was presented in addition to ours. However thanks to Charlie’s expertise and serious negotiation skills, our offer was accepted instead. The home we bought is older and needed extensive work. Our Transaction Manager, Natalie, helped us find the right vendors to get the inspections and jobs done. Each vendor off of their preferred vendors list was honest, fair and respectful. We also worked with Tim, the team’s mortgage lender and Shara, his loan processor to get our home loan. Tim was always available to answer all of our many questions and Shara kept the entire loan process moving along smoothly. We’re so appreciative of all everyone’s hard work on our behalf. I worked with Anoma Perera to help find a home in the crazy housing market during summer of 2015. After nearly 6 months of searching, seeing home after home disappear within days (sometimes even in hours), and having multiple offers refused, I finally found and purchased a Townhome that is a good fit. I was under a time crunch to find a home due to a lease expiring and no option to renew. During this stressful time, Anoma remained very patient, was always responsive, and proved to be very helpful throughout the entire process. I felt she was the most genuine real estate agent I had ever worked with; and felt that she was truly concerned with getting me in the right home, in the right location, with a fair price and with reasonable compromises from the sellers; that also fit my budget. Horrible property management company. I live next to one of their properties. The neighbors call it the "frat house". Constant flow of people and cars, loud parties, drug use and the yard is unkept and full of weeds. I have notified the management company with little to no results.
