A Private User

We have lived in Berry Park Lane since 1995 and since then our mail has been delivered at some ungodly hours. Today the mailman has arrived at 5:15PM. I called the post office and the flimsy excuse a person named Jeff gave me was that "this is the 2nd day after a holiday" . Many, many other times we get the mail as late as 7 or even 8PM PLEEEASE! We have had the mail delivered once in the morning and, miracle of miracles, even before 2:30PM!!! Like I said it must have been a miracle. This service stinks, and no matter your excuses Jeff, it still stinks. Maria Nagy

There service is horrible and their phone must not be working because i keep getting the SAME message to call back at their normal business hours even though i am! This post office sucks something bad! If i could give them a zero star rating i would!!

Some of the people here are great friendly and helpful but others are not so great not so friendly and pretty much useless, which makes it difficult to receive mail in a timely manner sometimes but also makes it very difficult to get information.
