Javier Flores · hace 2 segundos I live in the area affected by Hurricane Irma.Many companies are giving extensions to pay any debt you have. Thats not the case of MPS Credit Union. First I called on September 13 and some lady representative told me not to worry because they are giving 2 weeks extension(unfortunately I did not take her name)So,this Monday what a big surprise when I checked my bank america account and they charged me as usual.I called them and wait for 30 mins after that the lady said I need to WRITE A LETTER and the extension could be for the next month,October.So decided to go to the nearest branch on 2190 nw 72 avenue.The same answer:Collection Dpt only can give extensions for October. I am a punctual customer for 2 years,never asked for any extensions and now when I need them most they just CAN NOT give me any help. Is very frustrating. JF

Was at the Doral Branch today was there for 3 hours so they can tell me that the Branch Loan Manager is at Pinecrest Location and they will call me tomorrow .....What kind of Bank are they running all i wanted to know was at what rate can i get a loan for .....Leaving a client Hanging is not really professional.
