The bank did switch their system and there were some changes but the changes were necessary and an upgrade from the old system. I was notified several weeks prior to the switch multiple times with fliers, mail, and I think it was even on the bank website. I also had trouble logging in and the lines were long but the staff went above and beyond to help get my log in straightened out. They acknowledged the issues and worked quickly to get move the long line through and even brought in extra help when there were several customers in the lobby. The bank manager has left his office to jump right in and assist the ladies in the lobby. Where have you seen that happen? If your having trouble walk into the bank, they will help you through the switch.

Went to make a car payment at Teachers Credit Union (an affiliate) and they could not find me with the account number, name, SS# because of a computer change done last week-end at Financial Health. I could not make my payment and went back to my office, sat on hold for a half hour and then left a message for a return call. 24 hours later I have still not received a call. Customer service? There is NONE!

Terrible service. I enrolled in the new service as requested, and have had with the exception of 2 successful logins, nothing but trouble with the new Sharetec system. Bad choice bad implementation, I want out of this credit union! I can not get a phone answer, can not get my system reset. Left messages with no answer. Terrible terrible on so many levels. Cut rate system? cut rate service? You bet!

This Credit union is the best ,even thought they are hard to get on the phone, they always return my calls. The Branch Manager and employees I have dealt with were always willing to go the extra step to help and this is the only place that I know of that believes in a 2nd chances with loans and checking account forgiveness.

They need to update their system I know that they just did and it did not go well I like them for some of services that they provide and the customer service is good that is the only reason for three stars

Very unprofessional & discriminate lender. Look toward larger and more secure lenders such as Forum Credit Union, or Indiana Members credit union if you are seriously looking for a bank.

The online system seems to always go down pay weekend. Transactions take to long to post. Not as fast as a Chase bank, way more ancient.
