If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had with a bank. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Jeremy should not be VP of lending. 1. Learn to speak professional with dealing with customers. 2. Do not disrespect the customer. Called me with misinformed information and the reason for not accepting my customers loan was it was "shady business." Clean up your office and train your people. To give someone such a high position that does not know how to treat people is a disgrace.
