Honestly it is a joke at this point. It is bad enough with what Capital One has done to their products that got you to sign up in the first place. Now You have Capital One Closing locations left and right, then after finding a location and driving a great distance you are told they cant do *insert here*. Seriously saying that there are staff available means nothing if they are not available to actually assist with things you do in a bank. No one is driving 40+ minutes JUST to get a question answered rather then picking up a phone. It is not "traditional" banking needs they can not meet its basically all banking needs that banks are intended for. Drive 40 minutes or more to use a ATM? Is sadly a joke, and sad because at one point I found Cap One to be a great bank with worthwhile products and service. But now?

I was very disappointed when they decided to get rid of the tellers at this branch which is close to my house. Now everything is done on computers or atm at this location. It is kind of a pointless bank location without the tellers at hand. I now have been going to the capital one bank on my way to work in the city and the tellers on W23 St are very helpful. However, inconvenient to home.

Drove half an hour to get to this bank to get cash for my girlfriends engagement ring just to find out it is not a bank at all. Staff was not helpful probably because they hear this all the time. We called prior to take my the trip and no one answered after waiting on hold for 10 minute later we were already on our way there.

Capital One should make it clear that this office is a glorified ATM machine with a few offices to answer questions and set up accounts. No tellers. Not really a full service bank. Very annoying.

Cannot make cash payment without card, no teller. Drove 28 mins here just to find out. I do not see a reason to have this location.
